The machine enables the filling and sealing of infusion bags. It consists of a rotary indexing table, a filling and inserting station and a loading and unloading unit.

Product-specific: e.g. 16 pieces per minute
Filling quantities: 3 litres, 5 litres and more

Advantages

  • Via a rotary indexing table, infusion bags are transported to the corresponding stations and processed.
  • Several empty bags are filled simultaneously in a filling station.
  • In another assembly station, the filled bags are sealed.
  • Filling and handling of different bag designs is possible.
  • A special process cleans the entire system.
