The highly flexible final assembly line designed and built by us is used to manufacture various electric machines for well-known car manufacturers. Pre-assembly of the subassemblies and then final assembly take place at the stations. Finally, the tightness, electrical insulation and electrical functions of the e-machines are tested.

The following features were successfully implemented in the system

  • The stations can be quickly converted and easily adjusted to accommodate all type-dependent interchangeable tools with the associated measuring and testing devices.
  • The assembly processes meet the highest requirements of the automotive industry.
  • Process validation, traceability and quality assurance are guaranteed for all individual steps, components and assemblies of the respective e-machines.
